How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The wording on the apparel is created entirely by hand – machines are not used. Since
they are made to order and I’m currently receiving a high volume of orders, it will take 
approximately 1-2 weeks to receive your order if you choose standard processing. Rush
processing may be added at checkout for an additional fee. Rush orders will ship within 1 week.

Many items are ready to ship, including bachelorette items, I Do stickers, and some tank tops.  These will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Rhinestone tank tops are also made to order, so please allow 1 week processing time.

Please note the date you need to receive your order by in the note to seller section
 during checkout.

I need my custom order  within the next 1-2 weeks. Can I still order one?

Yes, I can process rush orders for an additional fee of $10 - $25. Orders that have paid
for rush service will receive their items within 1-2 weeks. Please note the date you need your
order by in the special information section during checkout to be sure you receive it in time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship internationally. However, you will need to contact me before placing your order my (info@walkersbridal.com) Please note that international shipping can sometimes take
a long time, so please allow 5-6 weeks to receive your custom order or gifts, or 3 weeks for other items.  Tracking is only available for some countries.
Shipping to Canada normally only takes 6-10 days.  Other countries will vary, most take 7-14 days.

How long can my text be on my Custom items?

I allow for up to 16 characters. A heart or ampersand “&” symbols count as two 
characters, and the letters in “Mrs” do count in addition to the letters of a last name.
Please consult me if you have questions on whether something may or may not fit before 
ordering.  Longer names will fit better if you choose all lowercase letters.

I want to order a bachelorette or bridesmaid custom package, but don’t see the quantity I need?

We can arrange a custom listing for you to purchase.  Please contact us for pricing information.

Where else do you sell your items?

I also have a storefront on www.logantolayla.com; visit the  Store link at the top of the page.
 I also from time to time, enter craft, bridal, and event shows as a
 vendor.

Do you offer wholesale rates?

Yes. If you are interested in showcasing Walker’s Bridal Design in your boutique, or are a
photography studio wishing to include my custom unique design in your wedding packages, please use
 my contact tab to inquire.

I received my item, but it was damaged in transit. What do I do?

Unfortunately this happens on occasion. Please email me at info@walkersbridal.com 
including a photo of the damage, and if time allows, I will promptly replace the item. If
 there is not enough time for me to send a replacement, I will refund your purchase price,
minus shipping.

I received my Custom item, but it is misspelled. Will you replace it?

My Online Store policy is this:

If the error was mine, yes, I take full responsibility for my error, and will promptly
replace the item at my expense. I will reference the original invoice or message typed by 
you to determine this.

If the spelling error was made by you, as reflected on your order receipt, I will not
replace the order. You are responsible for your own typing; please review it for accuracy
 before sending your order. If you notice a mistake on your invoice after placing your
 order, please email me immediately so I may correct it before I send your order.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
